A NOC that really cares; a userbase that helps each other out like a family; and of course -- the VPS with rock-steady performance. This is exactly what I hoped for, and exactly what I got with ServInt.

ServInt IP Allocation Request

0. Introduction

This form is for customers requesting new IP address space from ServInt. It explains the requirements for new IP subnet allocations. Before requesting new IP address space from ServInt, please read RFC-2050. This form is NOT to be used by VPS customers for IP address assignment. VPS customers can contact sales@servint.com directly for any IP requests.

ARIN is the American Registry for Internet Numbers. ARIN allocates IP addresses to ISPs and track usages of the limited IPv4 address space. Because every ISP ultimately has to obtain IP addresses from ARIN, the ARIN IP address Allocation Policy affects all users of the Internet, including end users.

End-users are required by ARIN to meet the requirements described in these guidelines for justifying the assignment of address space. Utilization rate of address space is a key factor in justifying new assignments of IP address space. Requesters must show how existing address assignments have been utilized and provide detailed information on immediate (3 month) use of the space being requested. Note that ARIN policy currently calls for 80% usage of existing allocations before issuing additional space.

This form is intended to collect information used to justify your requested allocation, and to record that allocation in the public WHOIS registry.

Address space provided by ServInt to our end users is non-portable and not for sub-delegation outside your organization. Please bear this in mind when requesting address space from us.

To request IP space, please fill out this form as completely as possible. If you have questions or comments about this form, please let us know at sales@servint.com.
