The reliablity/uptime is fantastic, the support NOC are fast, skilled, polite and helpful. The packages are excellent value for money. The people extremely nice to deal with. Support is the best I've ever had, in all seriousness, with staff available on the phone at all hours, with little or no hold time. They've gladly fixed problems I had due to SCE (Stupid Customer Error—yes, that's me), and even ticket responses are fast, usually within a few minutes. The folks in the NOC know what they're talking about and solve most issues very quickly.

I'm floored! I just had my first technical difficulty with ServInt. I simply called them up, NO WAIT TIME! I got put through to a real live technician, and better yet (i wouldn't have believed this if it didn't actually happen to me), I was on the phone with someone who was able to fix the problem on the fly!!!!

Performance for my sites were really great, speedy and fast loading. What I really liked was how resources and processes were managed, warning me if something went down and automatically restarting them (I used to have to write scripts/crons to manage them in my older hosts). My only regret is not deciding on ServInt earlier!

I love their ethics. Too many companies have 'specials' and if you are an existing customer you are usually prohibited from benefitting. They work on the basis that you get a special deal for signing up and then it expires and you start paying the real price. Over the 5 years I have been with ServInt my price has never changed and approximately each 12-18 months the amount of storage \ bandwidth \ memory etc on the server has been upgraded. Their support is beyond comparison. If you are in the market for your own server pick them. I get nothing for recommending them, but I trust them with my work and my families businesses.

It's been about a year now since I switched over to Linux VPS hosting at ServInt and I could not be happier with my decision. The setup was free and fast. During the first week or so, while I was setting everything up, I had a couple issues but they were quickly resolved by the support team. They are amazing, very knowledgeable and can fix anything even if you break something (like I did)

Now have hmm 6 vps setups with them, enjoying awesome uptime, super low loads, well resourced servers, fast speeds, a GREAT bunch of support guys (thanks Matt, Ken, Jorge, Justin, Dominik, Jonathan, and everybody else!) who knowledgeably respond to tickets in an average of 10-15 minutes and faster if marked urgent. And to top it off they have increased ram, bandwidth and disk space a number of times over the years!

This actually allowed us to even downgrade a few vps to save money during the last years financial downturn, which they did for us with a smile. Believe any minor losses they sustained by our downgrade were more than made up by the people I continue to refer there for having such a rock solid product backed by a great people.

These guys are in it for the long term and along with 1000s of others Im sure happy to have settled on them back then, with hosting such a important part of our service offerings today i consider ServInt to be a lot more than just a service provider, in our 11th year of business they are a valuable partner.

The uptime is great - my business is always on-line and downloading speed is fast, all features work without problems and support is very helpful, got replies within several minutes, even checked my scripts and helped to configure VPS software for them. The best hosting service I ever seen.
