If I request a special setup on your order form, how will you handle it?

We’re very experienced with special requests, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs, but we can’t guarantee that every third-party software package will work correctly.

Special requests may result in a slight delay in processing, so here are some tips to expedite your request:

  • Be specific. Describe your requirements in detail.
  • If you’re requesting third-party software, include a link to the publisher’s site and any licensing details.
  • Contact us early to make certain we can handle your request.
