How do I create Email accounts in cPanel/WHM?

  1. Log into your domain’s cPanel interface.
  2. In the Mail section, click on Email Accounts.
  3. Enter the name of the account, the password of your choice, and change the quota if you’d like.

Note: The quota sets a limit on much data the mail account can store. This is useful to ensure that no mail account will overfill the disk space allocation on the domain or server.

  1. When you’re finished, click Create Account.

Once the account is created, you can log into the Webmail interface by clicking on the webmail link on the same page (More > Access Webmail) or through your browser directly. You can also connect to the mail account using your email client of choice.
