What is the response time for tickets?

The response time for a ticket will vary based on the complexity of the request. Generally speaking, tickets submitted to our 24×7 Managed Services Team receive an initial response within a few minutes. Conversely, tickets being handled by our Escalated, Engineering, or Sales Departments typically require a slightly longer response time.
