Non-functioning CGI scripts can have many causes, which can be frustrating, but there are ways to try to methodically get to the bottom of it.
- Check the permissions on the file itself. Make sure it is readable and executable by the user that it should be running under.
- Make sure you have all the CGI dependency libraries installed that you need for the script.
- You can also check the Apache error log at
/usr/local/apache/logs/error_logto see what error is being generated when the script runs.
If all else fails, you can open a ticket in your customer portal for support.
