The Customer Portal is the online tool customers use to manage their ServInt accounts, order new services, learn about news from ServInt or open a support ticket. The ServInt portal also contains some valuable video tutorials and other hosting customer resources only available to active clients.
Click on the Login button on the top of any ServInt web page to immediately be taken to the Customer Portal login.
The ServInt KnowledgeBase is our publicly viewable home for all frequently asked questions, product tutorials, and general industry knowledge. If you can't find it on our website, take a minute to search out the KnowledgeBase for the answer.
Click on the KnowledgeBase link in the Support drop-down menu or at the bottom of any page to be taken directly to the KnowledgeBase.
The ServInt Forums are where our customers go to trade tips, learn solutions to technical problems and find out about important ServInt technical updates. Only current ServInt customers may access the Forums.
