Customer Interaction at ServInt

Sure, you know that you can get our top-notch customer support by sending in a support ticket to our MST. But have you ever wanted to talk with the people at ServInt when you don’t have an issue you need assistance with? Because we’d sure love to talk to you! And we have a number of channels dedicated to conversations with you.

ServInt on Twitter

You probably figured ServInt has a Twitter account, but if you’ve skipped it because you’re used to most corporate twitter accounts being full of ad spam and boring, then you’ve missed out. @ServInt is used for us to touch base with you guys one-on-one. We tweet out useful tips and interesting hosting- and tech-related articles, share interesting facts and our own brand of “humor”, and occasionally throw out a promo code for people.

Of course, it’s also used as a source of information whenever there might be a widespread issue affecting our customers. We use it to keep people updated whenever there might be an outage or other problem.

And hey, if you just want to talk, we’re there too. Grab a glass of your favorite wine, put on your favorite music, and let’s start conversing.


ServInt also maintains a Facebook page. Now, you may be thinking, “Well, I follow your Twitter account, won’t I just find the same stuff there?”

Not so! Our Facebook page contains more in-depth information than the limited 140 characters on Twitter. Whenever we want to engage in a deeper, more serious conversation, we’ll take it to Facebook to get your opinions on things. On Facebook, we share tons of info from our staff, look at all the cool stuff you have been making with our hosting, and put up content that just doesn’t fit elsewhere.

If you want to talk with your fellow ServInt customers, post something that one of us will be able to see and respond to, exchange tips and tricks, or just leave us some feedback, then be sure to drop by our official forums. We watch them at all times to make sure we get back in touch with you as soon as possible.

The Customer Portal

Not only is the ServInt customer portal the gateway to the ServInt Forums as well as the ticketing system and the world-class support of the MST, but the Portal is a clearinghouse of ServInt news. It is your source for up-to-the-minute developments on any breaking stories.
