cPanel File Manager FAQs

How do I navigate through cPanel’s File Manager?

cPanel’s File Manager provides a quick and convenient way to navigate through your files. To access File Manager, log into your cPanel account and click File Manager, located under the Files section. This will bring up a pop-up box asking you which directory you wish to open. Most of the time, you will want to open the Web Root folder, which contains your website files.

We also recommend selecting the Show Hidden Files option, which will allow you to see all files in the directory.
