How-To

Copying, Exporting and Importing a Database in cPanel/WHM

To copy and export an SQL file

  1. Log into cPanel.
  2. Click phpMyAdmin under the Databases section and log in. (Lost your database password?)

  1. Log into cPanel.
  2. Click phpMyAdmin under the Databases section and log in. (Lost your database password?)
  3. Once you are logged in, click on Import.
  4. Browse to the file you previously exported.
