We’ve Been Busy This Year:

It’s been a busy year for us here at ServInt. Since the first of the year, Reed Caldwell returned as the fulltime CEO and we’ve introduced three new hosting solutions: High Availability SSD VPS packages, High Availability Dedicated Servers, and a new line of Bare Metal Dedicated Servers.

But as we move forward, we want you to know that we have a lot more in store for you between now and the end of the year.

New Software Solutions
In addition to the hosting product lines, we began offering two new add-on software options at the beginning of August: LiteSpeed Web Server and CloudLinux

LiteSpeed: This software is a great alternative to Apache that improves page load times and can double the maximum capacity of your Apache server. It can also be up to 500% faster than Apache, which will allow your site visitors to browse pages quickly, easily and for longer periods of time. Best of all, LiteSpeed is compatible with existing Apache configurations and other applications

CloudLinux: CloudLinux-based servers let you assign resources to user environments and eliminate noisy neighbors from shared hosting services, or from multi-domain servers. This service is great for resellers who want to guarantee resources to clients and for those who use PHP 4.4, or 5.1 through 7.0.

Taking care of customers is our No. 1 goal, and that includes resolving any technical problems you encounter. That’s why we’re proud to share that our ticket response times are now under 15 minutes and the average time to resolution is less than 45 minutes.
