At ServInt we proactively monitor the servers we host. This is done to ensure your server stays online and, in the unlikely event something goes wrong, swift and appropriate action can be taken to correct the issue. By default, we monitor HTTP (port 80), but you are welcome to request the addition of up to five other ports. Services like MySQL, SMTP, POP3, FTP, and others can be monitored.
Our monitoring system poles services every 5 minutes, scanning for interruptions. If a service on any server ceases to report ‘up’ in our monitoring system, our technicians will promptly address the issue. We work hard to provide exceptional uptime on every product we offer. Our support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure we consistently meet those expectations.
