If you are having trouble accessing your ServInt Portal, this guide can help you discover the problem and provide options for regaining access.
I Forgot My Portal ID
Your Portal ID is a 6-digit code provided to you when you first signed up for your ServInt account. It was sent to you in the turn up email you received when you first signed up with ServInt. The title of the email will be “ServInt – Your new server: [Your Hostname]”.
If you no longer have this email, or cannot access it for some reason, you can contact our Sales team. They will send a customer portal reset email for your primary user account. See the section below for information on how to do so.
I Forgot My Username
If you have forgotten your username, you will need to contact our Sales team. See the second below for information on how to do so.
I Forgot My Password
If you have forgotten your password, the simplest way to retrieve it is to go to the login page and click on the “Forgot your password?”
Enter your server’s hostname and email address on file, and a reset password will be sent to you.
If you do not remember your domain name or do not have access to the email address on file, you will have to contact our Sales team. See the section below for information on how to do so.
You can contact our Sales team three different ways. Please be sure to have as much information as possible about your server and account when contacting our Sales team, including the contact details we have on file.
- You can use the Live Chat by clicking on the “Chat?” tab on any page on the website.
- You can call 800-5-SERVINT for US-based customers or +1-703-847-1381 for international customers.
- You can send an e-mail by using the contact form on our “Contact Us” page.
